Trouble shooting

• Check Extra Content, Top content or Bottom Content or areas.
• Check if it has the Add-on Module Custom Panel 1 applied to it 
• Check if it has the Add-on Module Custom Block applied to it 

The site may have been auto blocked. Temporarily and permanently.

Can you view the site on your phone or other computers?

Reason why

Too many failed attempts at logging in or the website may have detected a security issue on your IP Address.

Solution

Go to Google and type in the question "What's my IP Address?" 

Copy and paste that number and send it to logan@flightdec.com and he'll be able to unblock  you.

Hidden code that can get copied over from Word docs. It can mess with your sites fonts and headings, making it harder to keep the page layout consistent, and it slows things down too. For example:
class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; ..."

Clean your text before pasting into your sites editing area

Check source code to see if it looks clean.

Provide Flightdec with a SVG file of your icon 1024x1024px. Once added to your site, you can request Google to recrawl your URL. Learn how here.

Note: You must manage Google Analytics on your site to request indexing.

Reindexing takes 3–7 days. Once complete, your search icon should update.

Still unsure? Just send us a vector file of your logo (e.g., .svg, .ai, .indd, or .eps), and we’ll handle the rest.

A favicon isn't guaranteed to appear in Google Search results, even if all guidelines are met.

This happens if you change the display name or url of your Custom Block and have use Optional placement.

• Change it back to the original name.
• Or go through all pages that the block has pasted into the content. Copy and paste the new code in place.
